When you apply for a Wasatch Peaks Credit Union Mortgage Loan, the following documents will be needed to expedite your loan approval:

  • Income Verification
  • Two Years' Tax Returns (If self-employed–Personal & Business Tax Returns)
  • First Mortgage Statement
  • Current or Recent Appraisal
  • Homeowner's Insurance statement.

 *APR is Annual Percentage Rate. On Approved Credit (OAC). Home Equity Line of Credit (LOC) is a fixed rate for 12 months. Home must be under 80% Loan-to-Value (LTV). This is our best rate; your rate may be different depending on credit score and underwriting criteria. After 12 months, your rate will revert to the current stated rate, which is 4.99% APR/Variable, as of January 1, 2020.
