What are the Qualifications?
You must be a first time homebuyer. You cannot have owned a home in the past three year, or be a current displaced homemaker.
Meet median income level. Your income must be at or below the county HUD median income level for your household.
No repayment. These funds do not need to be repaid if you stay in the home for at least 5 years. Once 5 years has past, the $15,000 grant is completely forgivable.
