• Wasatch Peaks reserves the right to pull any vehicle from the website or bidding sheet at any time during the selling process
• Only the bidder with the highest accepted bid will be notified
• Bids will be accepted through our website at wasatchpeaks.com
• Bids are accepted on a highest offer first come, first serve basis
• Repossessions may not be test driven until Wasatch Peaks has accepted your bid
• Repossessions may be inspected at our branch located on 10th and Washington Blvd.
• Repossessions are sold "AS IS". Without warranty, either expressed or implied, as to mechanical or physical condition
• Bids will be accepted in $100 dollar increments
• NOTICE: All sales are final
